SHIPPING POLICY

At Nula Wellness, we carefully prepare and pack every order before sending it on its way.

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please allow approximately 2–4 working days for UK delivery, subject to stock availability, busy periods and courier services.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.

During particularly busy periods, product launches, promotions or seasonal events, orders may take slightly longer to arrive.

SHIPPING COSTS

Available delivery options and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery charges may vary depending on your order, delivery destination and the shipping service available.

ORDER UPDATES

Where tracking or delivery updates are available, these will be sent using the contact details provided when your order was placed.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once an order has been handed to the courier, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you realise that you have entered incorrect details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
